Selena Gomez cancelled her Stars Dance tour to take stock of her life but, happily, seems to have found herself — at the Sundance film festival in Utah, to be exact. Sel appears in William H. Macy‘s directorial debut (a musical called Rudderless), which screened at the prestigious event. She attended the premiere and even blessed the after-party with an acoustic set.
The “Slow Down” diva performed a couple of songs with singer/songwriter Ben Kweller. A stripped back rendition of summer smash “Come & Get It” delighted guests but the highlight was a new folk track — potentially from the film’s soundtrack — that shows the 21-year-old in a completely different light. See some fan-assembled footage from Selena’s set after the jump.
