Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift And More Are Best Dressed At 2013 Billboard Music Awards
The Billboard Awards might've clocked in at a whopping three hours, but between ALL the performances (Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Jennifer Lopez, Selena Gomez!) tonight's show flew by faster than you can say, "Wait, Shania Twain's here?!" In addition to the, you know, music, we're chalking at least a little bit of this up to all of the ridiculously awesome outfits from our faves. Miley showed us once again that you can never have too many jumpsuits in your closet, Selena had a total neon-a-thon in her gown, and Kelly Rowland proved that when it comes to fashion, sometimes silver really IS better than gold. We've seen Miley Cyrus wear a jumpsuit before (yes, many times...). We've seen Miley wear black and white before, too. Hey, we've EVEN seen Miley in a black and white jumpsuit before! But somehow, the singer still managed to make this tried-and-true look totally fresh tonight, flaunting a diamond-motif crochet onepiece by Balmain that straddles the line between formal and insanely cool. Topped off that swoopy platinum 'do and a statement red lip, this is all the proof you need that summer 2013 basically belongs to Miley Ray Cyrus. Congrats girl, you've done it again!
TAYLOR SWIFT IN ZUHAIR MURAD

Although Taylor Swift consistently churns out red carpet hits in pale hues and column dresses, tonight the star went in the complete opposite direction, opting for a bright blue minidress by Zuhair Murad. Covered in glittery embellishment and featuring mirrored panels across the top, we'd like to this this is Taylor's way of injecting a little Vegas flair into the look...don't you think!?
SELENA GOMEZ IN ATELIER VERSACE

Before Selena Gomez commanded the stage in a fluttery gold dress for her "Come & Get It" performance during the show, the singer hit the carpet in a white Atelier Versace gown that's HEAVY on the glam factor. Who know neon piping against the sleek white hue worked so well?! Also surprising: that clear paneling. In other words, if you're Selena, life in plastic really is fantastic.

Best-Dressed: 2013 Billboard Music Awards Edition
At last night's Billboard Music Awards, these A-listers definitely stole the show: Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lopez, Taylor Swift, and Emmy Rossum.
I don't care if I'm the only one who thinks Miley looks amazing in this checkered Balmain crochet and bejeweled jumpsuit, but the girl looks badass and beautiful.
Selena also wowed in a multicolored DayGlo Atelier Versace dress and silver Jimmy Choo shoes.
Never disappointing when it comes to showing a little (okay, a lot of) skin, Jennifer Lopez looked stunning in a gold lame Zuhair Murad dress complete with a plunging neckline, peek-a-boo skirt, and gilded Christian Louboutin shoes.
Taylor Swift, on top of taking home eight trophies, caught our eye looking super regal and way hot in her royal geometric-patterned blue Zuhair Murad sequin mini and Jimmy Choo shoes.
And last but not least, presenter Emmy Rossum also showed up flaunting a Zuhair Murad (obvs, the designer of the night!) number that was black with sheer-covered, polka dot-covered cutouts.
