"Bella Thorne is set to accept an award at the KARtv Dance Awards & Benefit Show on July 3rd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas!
The 15-year-old actress is being honored with the “Role Model of the Year” award at the event, which is to celebrate the year’s biggest achievements of talented artists, dancers, choreographrs, and dance educators.
The goal is to raise over $100,000 through the KARTV Dance Awards and Benefit Show, with all of the proceeds going directly to the nonprofit charities Music Saves Lives and Keep A Breast Foundation.
The benefit will be hosted by Roshon Fegan and feature performances by Redfoo of LMFAO, the La Freak Crew, and IM5.

Miley flippin' the bird in a twitpic
"Miley Cyrus has a message for, well, we're not exactly sure who it is for.
The 20-year-old "We Can't Stop" singer posted a finger-flipping photo on Twitter last night (for the haters, we assume).
In the pic, Miley, wearing a black jacket with the phrase "L.A. LYF" on the back of it, faces away from the camera with her head down while holding up both of her hands with her two middle fingers pointing to the sky. She captioned the shot, "I ❤ #LA."
Miley has been quite the busy woman this week promoting her new single all over the country. Yesterday, she performed "Fall Down," her duet with Will.i.am on Good Morning America in NYC after landing down in the Big Apple just hours before.
And the day before that, she stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live to talk about getting high with her pal Snoop Lion (formerly known as Snoop Dogg).
Miley has been doing a great job at documenting her publicity tour this week. She posted a pic of herself being swarmed by fans on the sidewalk outside of her NYC hotel with the caption, "Crazy day."
The same day, Miley posted an onstage pic of her performing in front of a giant crowd during her GMA appearance. "#wecantstop ❤❤❤ thank you to everyone who made this possible," she wrote with the bootylicious photo. She also shared a backstage shot of her and Will.i.am flashing smiles and posing with GMA cohosts George Stephanopoulos, Lara Spencer, Amy Robach and Josh Elliott, writing, "I ❤ GMA #NY @iamwill.""

Casting News! Disney Channel/XD OPEN CALL In Texas!
Disney Channel and Disney XD are hosting their open call auditions in San Antonio, Texas on July 27th and 28th.
What are they looking for?Ages 10-17 with new talent; to find cast and develop diverse young actors, singers and dancers for series and movies produced for the channels.
What do you need to do? Show up! An application and monologue will be provided upon arrival, and minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There are no guarantees of employment and there will never be any fee to audition for Disney Channel or Disney XD.
Time and dates? Open call auditions will be held 9AM - 1PM:
• July 27th with last names starting with A-M
• July 28th, with last names starting with N-Z

Disney Channel, Marvel Team Up for 'Phineas and Ferb' Crossover
"The special episode will premiere Aug. 16 following a three-week rollout.
Disney Channel is teaming up with Marvel for a special crossover episode.
Phineas and Ferb: Mission Marvel will mark the first time Marvel characters will be featured in an original animated Disney Channel series, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
The episode is slated to premiere on Disney Channel on Friday, Aug. 16 at 8 p.m. before it moves to Disney XD on Sunday, Aug. 25 at 10 a.m. (It will be available for purchase on iTunes, Amazon and Microsoft Xbox beginning Saturday, Aug. 17.)
"The Marvel series and Phineas and Ferb both feature strong, memorable characters and compelling stories for kids and families alike, and we're excited to present their great match-up to Disney Channel and Disney XD viewers this summer," said Eric Coleman, senior vp original series at Disney Television Animation.
"This is a real Marvel Super Hero operation," said Jeph Loeb, head of Marvel Television. "It's an extraordinary opportunity for these two franchises to come together and create an adventure never before seen in the world of Marvel and Disney."
In the episode, Marvel superheroes Spider-Man, Iron Man, Thor and the Hulk are rendered powerless after being struck by Dr. Doofenshmirtz's power-draining "inator." Once Marvel villains Red Skull, Whiplash, Venom and M.O.D.O.K. find out that he's responsible for stripping the superheroes of their powers, they team up with him to cause even more trouble in Danville. Phineas and Ferb, meanwhile, attempt to restore the superheroes' powers before it is too late.
According to Disney, Phineas and Ferb co-creators Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh worked with Marvel's creative team in integrating the characters into the series' world.
As part of the lead-up to the episode, Disney will launch a new game with Phineas and Ferb and Marvel characters on July 26 on DisneyChannel.com/MissionMarvel, with a daily episodes of Phineas and Ferb airing as a strip the week of Aug. 12.
Disney XD currently airs a "Marvel Universe" block, which will welcome Avengers Assemble and Hulk and the Agents of SMASH to the schedule later this summer.
